Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or prior dispute.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified when finalizing the order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Payment
Payment is 100% secure through our partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
The order is shipped after confirmation of payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs depend on your location, the time of day you place your order, and the shipping method you choose. This information will be provided to you in your shopping cart and at checkout, once you have entered your address and selected your delivery option. We offer several delivery options to best meet your needs.
Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 9 working days depending on the method chosen.
A confirmation email with tracking will be sent to you upon shipment.
7. Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn, unused item to us in its original packaging.
Personalized or final sale products are not eligible for return.
