🕒 Return deadline

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it if the item does not suit you.

✅ Eligibility conditions

For the return to be accepted, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and in perfect condition

• In its original packaging

• Non-personalized (e.g.: engraved or non-refundable sale product)

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with the tag intact.

• The delivery slip for the order must be included in the return package to enable identification of your request.

⚠️ If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to exchange or refund returned items.

💸 Refund or exchange

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be able to choose:

• A full refund

• An exchange

• A credit valid on the store

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

🔁 Return procedure

1. Email us at contact@finest-gems.com with your order number.

2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

3. Upon receipt and verification of the package, we will process your request within 5 working days.
